Riviera Trade manufactures premium Burmese teak boat decks at our own professional workshop. We work for shipyards, repair yards and private owners, with the capacity to handle projects of any size -- from a small swim platform to a complete superyacht deck.
How it works
- Send us your templates -- We accept physical templates (cardboard, paper, plywood) or digital files (DXF, DWG, PDF to scale).
- Or we measure with Proliner -- If you do not have templates, we travel to your boat with our professional Prodim Proliner to capture the exact dimensions of your deck with millimetre precision.
- We manufacture the deck -- At our professional workshop, we manufacture the complete deck to your specifications, with the slats, caulking joints and shapes you need.
- We ship it ready to install -- The deck arrives ready to bond directly onto the fibreglass hull of your boat.
Bonded with Kommerling Korapur 928
For installing the deck onto fibreglass, we supply the professional adhesive Kommerling Korapur 928, a black single-component polyurethane designed specifically for bonding marine decking. Maximum mechanical strength, elasticity to absorb expansion, and full resistance to salt water and UV rays.
